A group of church members visited Iona Abbey for a week of spiritual reflection this Spring.
We had a wonderful week despite coming at a time of sadness for the church community, in which all those attending felt upheld by the worship, care and love of the Iona Community.
We learned about sustainable gardening and had some time and space in which to go on pilgrimage, write poems and stories; sing songs and participated in the daily rhythm of worship in the Abbey.
Here are some pictures from our 2024 stay on Iona.
